positive effects

There are also many positive effects of globalisation. Firstly the main advantage is that the product is made cheaper for the consumer. Wheather or not you are against cheap labour the bottem line is that things are made cheaper. This is because the companies can find cheaper labour in other countries. This means that consumers are not forced to buy expensive item made within thier own country, there is more choice.

Secondly  is that it creates new jobs in devolping countries. This means that more people are working in the country which means that overall the countries economy is growing. For example Taiwan is a country that has benifited greatly from globalisation. It used to be considered a third world country, but now it is growing into a very stable economic place to live.

The main reason that Taiwan Got out of poverty is because they let big companies such as Nike come in and set up factories. In  Taiwan it was a win win situation for all counteries. Taiwan had more people working, earning income and paying more tax, which helped the government. Big countries like Usa were able to buy Nike products for cheaper.

If you think about it, if there was no globalisation, we wouldnt have many everday things. In fact we wouldn't have much at all! Think about all of the things you have, they arn't all made in your own country. For example if there was no globalisation there would be no McDonnalds except for in america. Any time we import something, it's a part of globalisation.
